As a result, surfaces maintain their appearance longer and are easier to clean. When applied by an approved applicator, a 5-year performance warranty is available.

Important Note: Do not mix Enhance+® New Formula with the original Enhance+® product. This sealer does not prevent surface etching from acidic substances, scuff marks, or mechanical wear. While it repels water and oil, solvent-based materials like marker ink can still stain the surface but will penetrate less and be easier to remove. It’s crucial to clean all spills promptly, especially during the first month after application, as the product fully cures during this period.
